I duly acknowledge that in order to participate in the Auction of Heavy Equipment (the “Transaction”) of FIRST BALFOUR, INC. (the “Company”) on 10-19 March 2025, I must provide information necessary for the possibility of entering into an agreement with the Company.

For this reason, I hereby grant consent for the collection of any information obtained from me in the course of the transaction, between me and the Company, its parent and affiliates and their respective representatives and agents and/or any of its accredited insurers or from third parties. My consent authorizes members of the COMPANY and COMPANY’s accredited insurers to process, collect, use, store, or disclose my information between them and to other members, to governmental authorities, and to third parties, as may be necessary. My information may continue to be collected, stored, processed and/or shared between and among members of the COMPANY and COMPANY’s accredited insurers for five (5) years from the conclusion of my transactions with them and any of their members.
